Here's a picture from Lisa's wedding day, July 13, 2002. I still have this dress hanging in the closet...I will fit into this dress again! I'm getting close.This week I gained .2 pound...still on the ol' plateau...I've been doing well most days and exercising most days. I'm not discouraged; I will keep going and try to kick it up a notch. I can do better. I cannot go back!
